Condos start at $183 per square foot on a $380,000 condo and go all the way to $295 per square foot on a $1,200,000 home. The average square feet is 3,500. Homes sell from the $500,000 range to a million plus with lake front especially. The amenities of the subdivision are: club house, tennis court, pool, and beach with kayaks to use. The school system is Brighton and they have city sewer and water.
