The Dominion subdivision is one of Brighton’s more prestigious communities. Nestled in a forest of full grown spruce pines with massive boulder walls, the drive through this neighborhood is quite the view. It is a gated community and each home is a custom luxury home on 1/2 to 1 acre lots. Each home on average is over 3,000 square feet with the prices ranging from the $500’s to the high $800’s whereas the price per square foot average ranges from $162 to $224. The neighborhood once you are inside feels like it’s in a far away remote setting, however it is only a hop skip and a jump from 96 and 23 highways, just about 5 minutes out of downtown Brighton.
